Road Trip In Your Chevrolet
What better companion could you have on a spring break road trip than a fun, dependable Chevy vehicle to take you everywhere you want to go? With its reliable performance, fun connectivity technology, and advanced safety features, we at DeLillo Chevrolet don’t think you could choose better.
Chevrolet knows this as well, and that’s why they asked data scientist Randy Olson to design a spring road trip spanning all 48 contiguous states. This smart road trip hits on traditional road trip favorites, including popular cities and national landmarks. If you don’t want to commit to the 214.56 hours of driving time and 13,389 miles that the trip requires, however, Olson designed regional trips around the west coast, Midwest, and more.
While on a road trip, the last thing you want is car trouble. You want to spend time creating memories with your friends and family and experiencing new things, not time sitting on the side of the road trying to fix your vehicle or calling towing and maintenance services. Chevy has earned J.D. Power Dependability Awards for the past three years, so you can rest assured that when you set out on your road trip with a Chevy vehicle, you’re in one of the most dependable vehicles on the road. Chevy vehicles also come equipped with fun entertainment technology and state-of-the-art safety features, which will allow you to stay entertained, connected, and confident while you explore new places.
If you’re looking to find a car perfect for road trips, or your current car needs some work to be road-worthy, come see us at DeLillo Chevrolet.
NTEA The Work Truck Show
This March, Chevy revealed the eagerly-anticipated 2019 Silverado 4500HD, 5500HD, and 6500HD at the NTEA Work Truck Show. These pickup trucks are mind-blowingly capable while also being distinctly customer-oriented. Chevy wanted to create trucks that are work-ready, offering a great driving experience while also being capable of handling worksite jobs with ease. At DeLillo Chevrolet, we think Chevy succeeded with these new medium-duty pickup trucks.
Chevy thoroughly thought out what customers want in a work-ready truck, taking input from truck drivers, technicians, Chevrolet dealers, and other experts. The new Silverado is incredibly powerful, featuring a 6.6-liter Duramax diesel engine with 350 horsepower and 700 lb-ft of torque. While sitting in the driver’s seat, you will be privy to a superior driving experience, as one of the challenges Chevy was dedicated to overcoming was the fact that large trucks can be difficult to drive, in terms of maneuvering and handling.
The Silverado’s premium strength and maneuverability are matched by its smart interior that offers both superior comfort and advanced technology. The interior cabin is durable yet stylish and provides a welcome respite while on a worksite. It will also offer a fun infotainment system with Bluetooth®, Apple CarPlay™, and Android Auto™ compatibility, as well as an available 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot so you don’t have to worry about being out of range.
According to Chevrolet, the new Silverado trucks will head into production late this year, with order guides and pricing information announced this summer. Be sure to check in with us at DeLillo Chevrolet for more information.
